Construction clusters of Nisavski district and exhibitors at the 8^th Construction and Equipment Fair to be held from October 26^th until 28^th, 2011 in Nis Sports Centre Cair, will organize a round-table discussion on Friday, October 28^th, 2011. The round-table is organized by the Construction cluster OPEKA-BRICK and Construction START-UP cluster on the subject “Application of Law on planning and construction in practice – 365 days later”.

How this law has been applied in practice from planning, through various fill-in forms, and satisfying requested terms and conditions to get the construction permit will be discussed by panelists from Civil Engineers Chamber, Urban Planners Institute, Planning and Construction Administration, public companies Jugoistok, Telekom, Naissus, Toplana, and other inspectorates and directorate’s administrations but investors and contractors as well.

The aim of the round-table is to sum up one-year practical application of the law in question through experience of as many as possible relevant public and private entities.
