The first meeting of LEDIB Cluster House – a new entrepreneurial organization from Nis, was held from April 14, 2011 in Kladovo. The meeting was facilitated by Danka Milojkovic and Goran Zlatkovic, Project Managers and LEDIB Programme Component Coordinators. The following results were achieved:
- Portfolio of services defined
- Rules of internal and external communication established
- SWOT matrix of Cluster House created
- Partners and competitors of Cluster House mapped
- Cluster House Action Plan for 2011 made
One of essential activities of Cluster House would be to identify all the Clusters in Serbia, in order to enable
business networking and transparent informing about cluster development activities in South East Serbia, like potentials for promotion in INFOCLUSTER magazine, participation at Days of Clusters in Nis, advantages of Cluster House web-page use, organization of joint Cluster meetings in Nis, etc.
A very important activity of Cluster House would also be to promote its services in order to explain to potential members – Clusters and Associations, why it is beneficial for them to become Cluster House members.
