Association of Business Women members attended Human Resources Management Training at the Lake Srebrno from May 3 – 5, 2012. In order to meet the needs of its member, Cluster House organized the training related to this contemporary subject, facilitated by a distinguished HR trainer.

The subject of the workshops carried out during the training was a multidimensional picture of human resources today. The key topics were: significance of the organizational culture, change management and organizational socialization, promotion of the associates’ contentment and motivation. In an interactive manner, through discussions and group work, Association of Business Women members reached the conclusion about promotion of interpersonal relations and Association performances upgrade to a higher level.

This training is a solid foundation for further trainings for ABW members, Training of Trainers related to various topics, scheduled by the Cluster House for the beginning of June.
