The Cluster House Training Centre was appointed by the FODEMO Project of the LUX DEVELOPMENT Programme to perform the human resources capacity strengthening at the Forestry Department of Montenegro.

For a decade, FODEMO Project has been giving a significant contribution to development and implementation of the National Strategy for Sustainable Development of the Ecological Country of Montenegro, by integrating sustainable development principles into forestry policies and programmes. This donor Program organized numerous forums, roundtables and trainings made to fit the needs of forestry sector, thus creating conditions for various interested parties to start the dialogue and prepare constructive solutions for sustainable development of forestry management in Montenegro.

The Cluster House Consultants arrived to Montenegro in June where they will facilitate trainings and workshops related to “Human Resources Capacity Strengthening at the Forestry Department” till August 3. The trainings will be performed at the Forestry Department of Montenegro head office in Pljevlja. After the completion of preparatory stage, on July 2 the implementation of trainings made to fit the needs of Department Management is starting.
