The Workshop on setting the strategic directions for the development of the Cluster House till 2015 was held during the first week of July. It was facilitated by the Lamont Street Advisors of Copenhagen who assisted the Cluster House Team in creating the Draft Strategy of Cluster House Development in the period 2012-2015.
In the upcoming three-year period, the key activities of the Cluster House will be cluster facilitation (support to cluster development from the initial stage, through establishing, development to monitoring), business informing and developing the network of clusters in Serbia (mapping of clusters in Serbia), cooperation with institutions, local and international organizations, contribution to promotion of cluster development in Serbia, consulting and technical support to clusters.
The capacity building of the unique Training Centre for cluster development in Serbia will be continued along with activities related to access to local and international funds.
The Cluster House will focus on internationalization through support to enabling C2C and B2B connections.
In cooperation with the Cluster Council of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Cluster House will work on advocating for the interests of Serbian clusters and enabling environment for development of clusters in Serbia.
